Summary: Now that Vincent's back and not moving so well, it's time to get him moved back in and start getting used to Cid helping him with just about everything.

Airship rides were never really that long, despite the distance between the two destinations. Still, it made him worry. What if something bad happened again? That seemed to be the theme as of late. Cid cursed himself over and over for not doing anything during all of this. He might have used his age as an excuse but he wasn't that old.There was a lot more he could have done but... Chaos had hit him pretty hard. And he hated thinking that was all the damage it took to keep him down. Just one little swipe.
He sighed, running a hand over his abdomen, looking in the mirror. At least Vincent wouldn't be hounding him too much about the wound. All it was now were a few faint scars. They almost blended in with his skin tone. Of course, they shimmered a little in the right light and angle, but other than that they might as well not have been there. Cid dropped his shirt and left the bathroom, heading down to the first floor to wait on a couch for the others to show up and drop off Vincent.
And he had been there waiting so long, he ended up drifting off as he laid on the couch. He couldn't help his last thought being that he hoped Vincent wouldn't pay too much attention to all the covered up damage in the house.
