The City of Nobles was quite the image, even during the daytime. Of course at night, it was just the same. There were reasons for the other name it had been blessed with; Sleepless Town Treno. The city never slept. It was nothing but endless nights. In the distance lay the Treno Card Stadium, Queen Stella's residence, and the Auction House. Each building has beautiful, unique architecture. Pillars of stone, walls of it, everywhere. A big difference between cozy, quaint Winhill nestled away from civilization, and a city living in the night for days and days on end.
Endless rolling prairies to endless nights.
Laguna idly scratched his cheek, coming through the entrance, entering the city. He stared, eyes widening. He somehow managed to keep his jaw from falling open. Derling City was nothing compared to this. Maybe not even the technology that ran the Gardens.
"Damn." He stared, at everything and everyone.
Laguna crossed his arms over his chest and suddenly huffed. That's it, he was lost. He didn't doubt that Squall had a hand in it either, the kid seemed to harbor a lot of dislike for him. And they'd only just met at the ball! With a heavy sigh, Laguna set forward. He had some gil on him, he was sure he might be able to find an inn closer towards the center of town, nice place to eat, a place to sleep maybe.
He just hoped the others weren't as lost as he was.
