If there was one good thing about wing to be had, it was it made travel considerably easier and bypassing trouble spots easier still. Thus he, Genesis and Angeal were able to bypass the trouble within the city and make their way to the Pagoda.

Coming through via the town would have just caused the crowd to follow them and he'd rather speak to the princess without the unnecessary jeers and yelling of the townspeople.

Setting Angeal on his feet after landing, the wing was dismissed as Sephiroth walked toward the building's entrance and headed on inside to meet the young lady waiting for him.

Thankfully, she was on the lower level, so when the doors opened, her pacing quickly stopped.

It's sad to say, but this was the first time she was actually happy to see Sephiroth. She failed at trying to give him a smile, or even some semblance of her usually perky self, so she just gave him a greeting.

"Glad you could make it."

[It felt somewhat strange to be discussing such business out of uniform and unarmed, but unfortunately when he'd went looking for his belongings before their leaving the island, they had apparently vanished with everything else. Hopefully things could be dealt with verbally here until he could get himself a new sword or retrieve the one this world had given him once before.

Crossing his arms over the thin fabric of the shirt he currently wore, he nodded once at the greeting.]

I saw part of the rioting when I came in, what do you suggest we do to get them calmed down enough to begin listening to reason once again?
