Jack might have eyed his voicemail was a hint of wtf but then he shrugged and quickly dialed the Master Doctor back.

"Hey there! Sure thing, just let me know when and where and I'll be there, with bells on! Maybe nothing else but the bells will be strategically placed, promise."

Jack was perhaps a wee bit bemused at effectively getting a booty call but given the fact that Ianto was still being stubborn about the ties and, well ... come on, it was Marie, he shrugged and called back.

"Good evening, Marie. I think that can be arranged. Your place I'm assuming? Call if otherwise, if I don't hear from you I'll swing by."

Whenever Jack finally returned to his house, he'd be finding that a delivery had been made. A bouquet of white and purple irises, along with a box of obviously homemade gingersnaps. And a card, which read For a dear friend, wishing you a lovely day, Aziraphale.
