Just a little rant...
So I've been at my job for 3 years now, in a call center. I did Collections for the first 2.5 years, and now I'm in a customer service position. I've gone through 3 different programs. Finally I moved up in my current job to an Escalations position, where I deal with irate customers, and lot of paperwork. I swear I do more work now than the Managers do.
So the whole point of this entry is because I had an interview on Friday for a Manager position. The interview went really well. I know I can do the job, because I've basically been doing it for the past 3 months. On the other programs I always helped out my manager, and did floor support, which deals with irate customers once again! So the last interview for the 2 open Manager positions were Tuesday, and we were told that we would find out who got the positions before tuesday was up. However, the dude still can't make up his mind. I talked to my boss at work tonite (we're pretty good friends, and I had the day off so I told her to call me when she knew), and she told me he still hadn't made up his mind!!! Like what the fuck. I'm fine if I don't get either of these openings, but I obviously would rather it than not. But I'm okay if I don't get it. It just stressful waiting to find out the verdict. If its a NO, just tell me, I can handle it.
I'm totally setting myself up for the no, just incase. But I know I'm qualified for the job. So it should be handed to me! lol hahah riggghtt. If it only worked that way!
Anyways, I said this was a rant, and it sure was. All over the place. Deal with it! I'll keep ya updated!
