Oh, I don't think so. Sedatives don't do very well with Time Lord anatomy. For example, the Doctor! Last time he was shot down, he was sedated, repeatedly. Nearly panicked to death, was so, so scared, so very afraid of going under. And then they botched up the surgery and killed him. Bad times, bad times.

Wonderful! We've got wounded individuals who can't leave a cathedral, and thus far I've not found anyone with any medical knowledge other than myself and the Doctor. Ooo, it's going to be miserable if they don't open up the hospitals. Maybe we'll get lucky and the Healing Hands of God will help everyone in the church~!

Ahh, but if I know the Doctor - and trust me, I know the Doctor - he'll be frightfully late. He may even say what he said in that painful event at Miss Noble's wedding, where he ignored the wounded for the sake of pursuing their attackers.
