I have returned, as I promised. You've done a very good job capturing River Song in these icons. When I first looked at these, my mother walked behind me and said, "Oh, I love someone who knows how to cut a picture!" I agree with her completely. (Also, yes, my mother is very into fandom/LJ, too, and is a huge fan of River Song. Don't be surprised if at some point she replies to your icons.)

My particular favorites are 02, 04, 06, 08, 11, 12, 14, 29, 33, 34, 35, 38, and 40! Ok, that's quite a few. But those are just my favorites. I like the intensity of color, the angle/cut of the shots, the personality/emotion contained. I really like that not only were you able to capture her playfulness/BAMF-ness in these, but there are also many shots that capture flashes of her insecurity, her anxiety, her sadness, her longing. That's pretty rare in icons for her so far, so I really appreciated that. I really like how you captured the 11/River element as well. You can feel the pull between them in the icons. These were all really fantastic. I've saved many and will credit you when used.

Sadly, I have now reached my icon limit on LJ. I must consider replacing some or buying more... Oh, the dilemma.
