Good news and Bad news.
Good news: Someone is coming to look at the house Sunday! If I can sell it without listing it with a real estate agent, that's about $7,000 saved!
Bad news: It's a wreck from my decluttering, and Saturday's schedule is packed, as well as Sunday morning's. Looks like a late nighter for me tonight..... I didn't really expect this so soon! I wonder how much stuff I can shove in the attics....
Perhaps the stars can align and allow me to acquire Hippie Hollow.....
Guess I'll go buy a cocacola and get crackin'....
