1. Are there any stories where Rose gets a longer life/becomes immortal because of the Bad Wolf? Or stories where she still has a piece/fragment of the TARDIS in her even though The Doctor took it out, like maybe he missed some of it

Am I? I looked at the ones that in the "fic recs" tag and there were some posts that were like mine. I went to the comm you talked about (before I posted) and it was about asking people to write fics not about ones that were already written.

A Little Red London Phone Box.

Summary: The Doctor can spend the rest of his life with Rose Tyler; she cannot spend the rest of her life with him. A story of overcoming unequal life-spans and loving two men who are the same, but so very different.

It's PG-15 - starts off a little racy, but the rest of the story isn't.
