I travelled a hundred thousand miles
To see you once again
I ran towards your open arms
And watched you fall in pain

The tears, they tumbled down my cheeks
As I held you close and tight
I travelled all this long long way
Waiting for this night

You moved and shifted as you died
And then you glowed so bright
You didn't change, your face this time
Below the orange light

You smiled at me, broad and true
That gorgeous lovely smile
And when you hugged me to you tight and long
The wait was all worth while

But trouble came, broke us apart
It changed my life once more
At least this time I've got my love
And a new chance to explore
