Summary: What if Rose had left more than The Doctor behind when she was sucked into Parallel Earth? Unfortunately, The Doctor is a little rusty on his parenting skills. But at least he’s not alone in that respect.

A/N #2: Yes, this is Torchwood AU. Everything in canon has happened up until the last five minutes of the last ep.
