OK, here's some Rose-related speculation for the finale, based on spec in the S2 threads at Televsion Without Pity... I don't think it's really off-topic, since it deals with Rose and the 10/Rose relationship.
Here's what I think for the finale - Rose is going to bring back the Time Lords. Assuming that whatever the Tardis did to her hasn't left her system and she was able to bring back Jack et al, why not? Plus, she'd be the one with the god complex, outstripping the Doctor's abilities and providing the fall from grace that's been hinted at....whaddya think?
