the best test for voice is to try and hear david saying it.
i found myself transalting the entire thing into a first person monologue without thinking about it.
so either i'm just weird (steady now ;) ) or the voice is great :)

Oh, that's the sort of thing I try to do, and do all the time with Nine, but I have to confess to only having watched CIN/TCI twice each so far - mainly because I'm working on a multi-part story with Nine and don't want to lose his voice. So, while snippets of Ten come into my head occasionally and demand to be written, I'm less confident of his voice, and actually, I think I need more than just what we've seen of him so far, given he's still finding out who he is. ;)

Really great 10 POV fic. I think you got his voice down really well, especially him trying to discover just what sort of a man he is. Really nice missing scene which taps into the worries of how Rose will react to him, so believable. Wonderful fic, as always! :- )
