Halloween 2010 @ Disney - Report

*eeks* already 2 weeks, sorry for the delay,
too many things to do and unexpected things as usual*g* ;)
Where are my meerkat slaves !

Well another year gone, overall a few glitches here and there due to unexpected things as usual,
and everything was not optimal, but I think it was a success overall. :)

But yeah for those blacklisted, not that we are pleased with doing that, but you also have to understand the background of it. :)

Because of the special condition of one of the three (deaf), I had spent quite a lot of time by email with 2 of these, trying to make it work, and reminding them how crucial it was for them to read all the instructions, that was the deal for the fursuiter to come,
that they try to get it to work as smooth as possible for us,
I reminded that multiple times, also reminded one to hurry up to buy his ticket
(since he registered only a couple of weeks before the event ) and so on.
All that is also of course specified and listed in the instructions and in the general summary page too.
I know perfectly well that not everyone will read the detailed instructions, that's why there is also a quick summary page with the most important stuff.
(that doesn't mean that people shouldn't read the detailed instructions ;) but if there is only one thing to read it's the summary page)
The meeting point and the fact that you have to buy a ticket and pay your fee for the material coming in fursuit is listed in that summary.

Coming to the event without reading the instructions, without even reading the summary and without a ticket after all the reminders is just *slightly* too much, and something we need to avoid if we want the outing to work ;)

It's not like we're going to ban someone at the slightest mistake,
but these are *slightly* cumulating them.
