WGA Strike put you out?
With the Writer's Guild of America going on strike, that means it won't be long before my favorite shows like Ugly Betty and Pushing Daisies will go dark with no new scripts to film. Part of me is upset by this because I really do like these shows, but I think I will survive. I will enjoy getting some reading done. I've been considering joining Blockbuster or Netflix so I could catch up on movies and TV series I've been wanting to see or rewatch (and I'm not alone in having this idea - one commenter on that story even writes, "What great irony! The writers are striking because they don't get their fair share of DVD revenue. Based on the previous comments everyone is about to discover how much better it is to watch TV on DVD.").
