the tantrum, a week, the bday
So Crystal is staying with me for a whole week, from Sunday (9th) - Sunday (16th). The precursor to the week was telling Benny that we can no longer be friends or speak for whatever sort. I am still not over this but I feel its for the best. I don't think a friendship is what either of us need, especially from each other. Oh well I think things are going to work out for the best as long as we keep our space for a while, then maybe we can be friends later.
Anyway, I hung out with Mara on Friday afternoon at the Peanut Barrel, met rBen and Karen there and got into a little situation. ie. I THREW FRIES w/ KETCHUP AT BEN. I got so enraged that I completely threw a little tantrum. Theres a back story that I am going to share on LJ but still I can't believe that I threw a little tantrum like it, it was so middle school, hell it was elementary. But we made amends and its taken care of. Except now Karen has a bad first impression although hers wasn't the greatest either and Mara saw me get a little crazy as always. Then mara and I went off to watch Pirates 2 and we both were so drunk and it was so warm in the theatre that we passed out like three or four times, she missed the middle and I missed the final fight scene with the Crakin and the lead to Pirates 3. But oh well thats what rental is for.
Saturday I woke up late and went to work from 7-noon. Then I hung out and packed and headed up to my dads. I loved the new car on the way up, it was exciting not to be driving the van up there. It still hasn't hit me until recently that that car is actually mine. Anyway spent some time at dads, my grand parents were there so I hung out with them. Sunday I slept in and then hung out with grandma and syphined gas out of the van to put into my car since the van is toast. That was fun, something I haven't done before, but I got 3/4 of a tank of gas I've already paid for so it was a good deal, and really dad did all the work. lol
I took Crystal and we left to come back to East Lansing. Oh man the car ride was fun, we were just jamming to music and singing and speeding and just having a ball. We got home and I decided that we would go to the drag show. So I convinced rBen to get around and we went to Spiral to give Crystal a glimpse of the infamous drag queen. It was a GREAT show and I think she had a great time. My favorite bartender is now Migel who has a hott coasta rican accent. My favorite queen is always Chris who did a Pink number and a few other good performances. I had a few too many and came back home.
We put on some tunes at home, called my Canadian (which I carried the Maple Leaf match book to the bar to remind me of my canadian), fired up the grill, and Crystal got the dreaded talk. I handled it well, she handled it well, and Ben threw his two cents in every once and a while. I hope shes sitting at home right now thinking about everything I said. She really needs to have some self respect before she tries to make a guy happy. She enjoyed the talk and we moved on to bed. All in all it was a killer night with a great start and a great ending. We hugged we cried and then we passed out. :) GREAT TIMES!!!

Tomorrow: MSU
Wednesday: Drag Show
Thursday: Reunion prep and Happy Birthday xBen (possibly stopping by the grill out and giving him my card I've had for a month)
Friday: work and REUNION :)
Saturday: REUNION dinner and games and DRINKING!!!
Sunday packing and coming home alone
Monday: work and Canada!!! (taking Chris out at midnight)
Tuesday: HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHRIS.
Wednesday: painting and shopping and coming back home.
Thats all I know so far. I think the weekend after this is the tentative Island weekend affair with Mara and Lana, and then I'm off to Indiana for a cousins wedding, then I'm off to Perry Sound, Canada with Mara. After that I hope to take a long long vacation without travelling, hopefully Chris will come see me ;)
Okay enough babbling blogs. I need to get some real work done. Peace. T
