Oh man, none of you are allowed to judge me, because this is incredibly cool beyond words, but I got my responce back from lasts weeks application turned interview for the the web-writing/blogging thing.
I'll wont post the entire email here, because when I tell you that he said some good things and some bad things, I'll leave it to your imagination how much he focused on each.
The synopsis is that he liked my product, found it highly amusing, and has deemed me probationary writer status. The head editor will work with me as an intermediate, to help me focus and translate into a journalistic approach. I don't care what you all think. This makes me excited. It's an opportunity and a chance to do something completely different.
Plus, I'm playing with real ammo here. This is direct lauded experience, if not more. I mean, I could totally fail at it and be run out with pick forks and torches, but I'm cool with just getting to try right now.
