Sample Post 3: Robin Test Scene
Tim took a few deep breaths as he walked down the steps to the Bat cave. He hadn't been down for a while...not since..... He didn't need to think about that just now but an image of Stephanie came unbidden to his mind nevertheless. He sighed as he entered the dim light of the cave.
Tim saw Batman hunched over his computer, not indicating he had heard his partner come in though Tim had recognised the slight shift in posture that only someone who knew Bruce very well would know meant he was aware of a presence in his base of operations. Tim walked up to stand behind his mentor not knowing what to say.
You chose this life he told himself. You knew what the risks were. It was true, more than even Bruce or Dick his life of crimefighting was a choice made willingly.
The two were silent for a while. "What are you working on?" Tim said to break the awkward silence that engulfed the cave.
