Gluten-free flour blends

Since I have a wheat allergy (usually not immediately, but with increasing exposure I get atopic dermatitis, mouth ulcers, hives and asthma), I've been eating gluten-free for, um, 15 years? Yeah, about that long. So, I found this chart with proportions for making specialty GF flours at home, and decided to put it here so I can find it again.
