I went to Southside Flying Pizza Sunday for, of course, pizza! I can't eat wheat, but they make such a good gluten-free crust that it doesn't matter. Some people who can eat wheat will even pay the extra price for it because it's just such a tasty crust.

I had a coupon for a large 2 topping pizza, but I cheated a little and got halvesies: one half with spinach, the other with portobello mushrooms. And I had red onion on the whole thing. So delicious! Have a bite!
I went to the store afterward and got a big package of pre-made salad so I now have lunch for the next 4 days! Will I get tired of pizza and salad? Probably not!
