Tales of suspense

So I dreamed I'd been hired to design and build a new suit of armor for Iron Man 3 (or possible the Avengers movie, my dream was a little vague on that point). Total reimagining. I appreciate having an uncommon name but it annoys me how badly it translates to any non-Nordic languages (though I've had friends with very common Norwegian names like Odd and Bård [pronounced exactly like "bored"] so I guess I'm better off), that's why I've always used Tilly in English contexts.

Anyway diatribe aside, it's simply pronounced Till-deh, with a very soft L-sound like in "pulp" :P

No, I imagine it's very frustrating. But it's a very pretty name--I named one of the new cats Tilda, but I didn't know "Tilde" except in the ~ context.

So I wanted to be sure I wasn't pronouncing it wrong. :)
