Yeah, I think I finish early this year like only a few days after my birthday Jun 7th of something..which will be weird. I usually have my last exams on the last day 26th!

No, its more "serious" than that if its true, apparently the number of ISP adresses available will be all given out and used up by the end of next year or something? But they are already implenting iv4 (or something with an i and a 4 pfft) a different ISP way of writing, because they can't just 'add' numbers to the current code.
