Things that are awesome, vol 1
So, #1, I am feeling really good about The Plan. Here is the plan thus far: Eat healthy, diet wise. Exercise regularly. Take my meds. Get finances into shape. In terms of implementing said plan, I'm doing good so far (crosses fingers). I have not deviated from The Plan - Wednesday (day 1 of Plan) I went grocery shopping, and bought a shitload of lean cuisine meals, a whole bunch of fruit, and a ton of yogurt. I'm not planning on having lean cuisine for every meal - just the majority of them. I am also planning on cooking - but trying to do really healthy stuff. Fish gave me a recipe for this awesome spicy orange chicken stir-fry that I want to try, and I bought beets! Yay! (I don't think anyone is excited about this except for me.) I've gone walking with MC twice, and even though I skipped today, I think I'm going to go tomorrow morning...
#1a... this, is not so awesome, but my mom gave me a "come to jesus" talk about my finances. She loaned me $2,000 to keep me financially solvent, and I think I will be in good shape as soon as the bank clears my check. I'm going to make all the late payments I owe, and then get on the straight and narrow about payments. Part of the whole problem was that I never had enough in my account at the right times to make the payments, and I think this will help.
#2 - just went to see Nick and Norah with Fish, and I think I really liked it. I adore Michael Cera, and even though I haven't made up my mind about Kat Dennings, she didn't completely bug me.
Also... I want Michael Cera to bring me to orgasm. Just a side note.
#2a - so we were at the movie theater waiting for Fish's friends, and I was getting pissed about this douche behind me in line. I said something to Fish about it, and then he pointed out the guy behind the counter was checking me out. Huh. This is awesome because 1 - apparently Fish notices when people check me out. 2 - even though the guy was a child (he was twenty, if that) he was pretty cute. Apparently, being happy makes me attractive. :)
#2b - So the trailer for SexDrive has a itty bitty clip of Fall Out Boy. OMG I want to see this movie so fucking much... And not just because of Patrick's pretty face.
#3 - I am just generally happy, and I don't know what to do with myself. That's always awesome, right?
