Just because event A occurs does not necessarily mean that event B occurs. For instance, just because someone checks out a book at a library, does not automatically mean that that person reads it.

Much like it goes to say that just because someone puts ketchup on their French fries, does not mean that the Pope will be shot.

It's logical to assume that just because you have one indicator for something, does not mean that the conclusion you come to will be accurate.
