Don't call my name out your window, I'm leaving.

On Tuesday morning I leave for Costa Rica and will be there until December 18th...
...write me letters.

"Remember that mail may take a week to ten days going each direction. Because Costa Rican home addresses can be quite tricky, the following is provided for you to give to family and friends:

Kat Thompson
Latin American Studies Program
Apdo. 54-2070
Sabanilla, Montes de Oca
Costa Rica, America Central

Tell friends and family NOT to send you packages. Anything that looks like more than written materials may be stopped in postal customs and you could have difficulty and have to pay fees getting it out. Some packages simply are lost in a large "black hole," never to be seen again. If people are determined to send you a package, they should do it early in the semester because surface mail typically takes a very long time. Letters are very easily sent home from Costa Rica via the Central Post Office in San Jose."

I have love in my ♥ for you all.
