Это один из местных видов липы ("липа" - не один вид, а целый род), и далеко не самый распространенный в моем городе. Думаю, что это крупнолистная липа (Tilia platyphyllos), но не знаю совсем точно.

Моя любимая серебристая липа (Tilia tomentosa) еще не зацвела.
