When spring comes in fast-forward mode...

... the fruit trees get a little confused. It should be almonds first, then apricots, then cherry plums, but instead, random trees of all three species rushed into bloom at approximately the same time, starting maybe on 24 March.

Trees here have been frozen in bloom for over 10 days. It's wierd.

They look gorgeous! Would you believe here in the UK 2 weeks ago it was gorgeous sunshine ana heatwave, all the daffodils were out waving and blossom, and now yesterday particularly in the north of Rngland we have heavy snow (thankfully not where I live at the mo), I fear all the flowers will perish before the summer :(

The weather here in Sioux Falls has been simply amazing. The trees (along with my allergies) are in full bloom!

I need to get out and take some pictures.
