my pointe shoes have broken. the shank has snapped in half. and i have two more performances, including one where I will be responsible for the presence of 37 audience members. i will then have to dance in front of my boyfriend's parents and 30 members of my church wearing a bra and a very short skirt.
i royally fucked up my finger turns today. it really sucked. definitely slipped out of DJ's grasp and he had to grab me into a supported pirouette to keep me from falling. it was crappy. and like...300, 400, people saw it? gotta love that.
on the bright side...maybe ms. p will make some money for the first time in her life.
