and the thing is that i rarely write in this thing anymore, but think all of the following is pretty important.
my grandpa died last monday. it really sucked. the funeral was good, i guess. i don't really know if funerals are supposed to be/can be good, but it was? mostly it was nice to see the humphrey side of the family because they're all pretty great and i don't get to see them as much as i'd like.
as sad as the whole thing was, a lot of funny and fun and funtastic (not a word but it works) things happened. like the limo driver making us beyond happy by telling us that the pizza peddler had been moved to the mall and then crushing us when he realized he was thinking of chuck e. cheese. not a smart thing to do when you're driving those five girls to the graveyard to bury their grandpa, mister. bad move.
also, my grandma telling us about a woman who ate at a mexican restaurant and then started bleeding from the rectum.
and when we asked if mrs. baxter was a witch and she said "mrs. baxter?? noo...." mostly you had to be there for that one.
anyways, i miss and love my grandpa and think he was really a fantastic person and that he's doing a lot better now and that's what's important.
