So yesterday was my day off and I did fuck all. Part of me feels this was the right thing to do because I am feeling under-par and I need to be kind to myself. Part of me feels guilty because I should have done something useful with my time.

Back at work today and I still feel rough, so I probably made the right decision. I suspect I am brewing a snot related illness.
