Merry Merry Christmas Everyone! I'm all for baking cookies today and watching many Christmas themed movies with family.
Last night everyone gathered to watch Home Alone 2 until close to midnight. What a proper movie to watch. Everyone who was watching with us can pratically quote the whole thing.
Marv: He made us hide out in the store so we could steal all the kiddies' charity money.
Harry: Shut up, Marv! You got the right to remain silent, you know.
Marv: He's a little cranky. We just broke out of prison a few days ago.
Harry: Shut up, Marv! Geez.
Policeman: Get'em outta here.
Marv: Remember, if this makes the papers, we're no longer the Wet Bandits, we're the Sticky Bandits!
My sisters and I have seen Home Alone 2 about a billion times and never noticed Ally Sheedy's cameo as the airport lady who tells Kevin he's in New York until someone pointed it out last night. My love of 80's Brat Pack movies came out then and I was like, "OMG!! It is her!"
My little sis then asks who Ally Sheedy is and I said, "You know... the weirdo?"
She got it instantly and did the same reaction I did.
We then started laughing because I didn't even have to say what movie she played "the weirdo" in or what not. She got it by that description. Shows you how we really are all nerds and I guess our love of John Hughes related films is spot on.
Because Allison, the weirdo basketcase who likes to eat pixie sticks sandwhiches and spurt out funny lines is the queen of all weirdos.
Allison: Your middle name is Ralph, as in puke, your birth date's March 12th, you're 5'9 and a half, you weigh 130 pounds and your social security number is 049380913.
Andrew: Wow. Are you psychic?
Allison: No.
Brian: Well, would you mind telling me how you know all this about me?
Allison: I stole your wallet.
With that, I hope all of you have a great great Christmas and holiday!

Not a great clear vid but I sort of miss Jimmy Fallon when he was on Saturday Night Live because once in awhile he'll do something genius like this. This song always cracks me up and I love how Tracy Morgan doesn't really do anything yet still manages to be funny as hell. One of the best Christmas songs, I tell you.
