I can't wait for I Love You Phillip Morris to come out.
When I first heard my future husband in another universeEwan McGregor was going to star in this film I thought it was all about that tobacco company Phillip Morris only to find out it's about con man Steven Russell.

Plus, this picture going around is rather... awesome too. I'm sure Jim and Ewan are going to totally exploit their PDA while promoting the movie.
Ewan's list of depicting gay characters is growing but I think his best depiction would definitely be Curt Wild in Velvet Goldmine. Which I LOVE LOVE LOVE! Movies like VG is why I love movies so much. Even though I'm the only one of my friends who actually enjoy such unconventional movies. I tried to make my friend watch "The Butcher Boy" once and she couldn't stand it.
What surprised me about VG though was Christian Bale. I would never have thought of him in that kind of role he played but he did play it well. I've been put off by him though since he had that breakdown with his mom and sister and shouting at some stagehand. But Christian Bale was LAURIE!! He was that kid form Empire of the Sun! The dude from Newsies. I guess he just needed a diva moment.
