Start Date
The drug screen and background check were both clean, as I expected. I start the new job Thursday. I'll probably reduce my time reading LJ for a while, until I get my bearings.
I'm simultaneously nervous and excited. The job will be stressful, but the environment should be a lot less frustrating than a traditional corporation with regard to the expectation of drinking the corporate culture Kool-Aid.
