I began high school weighing close to 200 pounds. I was very un confident about myself. Summer after freshman year i became very active and lost 20 pounds, then i lost 20 more during the winter. I didnt eat alot. It was just excess weight my body didnt want.
Summer 2002 i tried to lose another 20 but was good until i gained more back .
Summer 2003 I did atkins, and ran every day. I lost like 15.
Summer 2004..well march 2004 I began my diet. I would eat special k for brekfast, salad for lunch or yogurt and for dinner salad and sometimes nor dinner. I ran alot at the boardwalk. June 29th i joined the gym. I weighted myself and i lost 20 pounds since March. Im very motivated. Ive become a exercise aholic. You think its not possible but then u begin to see results by workingo ut and want it more. My biggest wish since i was 5 is to be able to wear a bikni and look good, im soooo close. I think 10 more pounds. I dont want people to look at me and hate me. I want to help people lose weight, i feel bad for people who have weight issues. I would love a work out buddy.
The irst 2 weeks of m y diet was sooo hard! Now i got used to it, and now even when im not dieting i have excellent eating habits. Atkins is the worst diet, afterwards u have the worst eating habits. People think its impossible to lose the weight but if u focus and are motivated u will get it. You gota want it to get it.
since freshman year i lost= 55 pounds
since march 2004= 20 pounds
the slower the better it will stay away.
