This court sounds insane.

Owned by Bobby and Cas. Well, could be worse. Could be a lot worse.

Bobby has a dorway to hell (close enough) in his basement. Why not, he has everything else down there.

Well now I know why you went all Wizard of Oz in that drabble.

Oh, I was just gonna write you that I have this up. You read faster than I can email. Oh well.

I'm sort of a law junkie. I even have a favorite supreme court justice. So I thought it would be fun to have a world where everybody thinks a trial is the best entertainment ever. I used to sit in on trials for extra credit in history class, and a lot of them are pretty boring.

I personally think Dean would like being owned by Cas. Hee.

You remember the episode where Bobby first show Sam and Dean his panic room? "I had a free weekend." Bobby is awesome.

You've probably guessed who the wizard is gonna be....

"We're off the see the Trickster" just doesn't have the same ring to it.

I like Judge Swearengen, he's got style. And Cas is very poetic when it comes to making a testimony; I can see everyone (except the Mammonites) were pretty impressed with it. I certainly was.

Ruh-roh, looks like Sam found a potential girlfriend. Don't they all end up coming to grief? Perhaps this one will break the streak.

Hmm, looks like that little one-horse town Sam is working on is going to be fairly busy sometime soon. Let's see if they all catch up with one-another.

Like I said in the notes, I totally ganked Swearengen from Deadwood. The writing on that show was incredible (they turned swearing into an artform, plus had everybody talk in this funny antique sounding style), and I can't equal it, but I figured I'd have Cas do the funny testimony in tribute. (The guy who played Bobby also had a major role in that show, so it's sort of related, at least in my twisted mind.)

Ruby was actually the name of one of Sam's girlfriend on the show. It didn't end well.

... or I can string it along for a couple more chapters. :D

Well, I kind of doubted they would all bet together in the next chapter. Would kinda negate going to see Castiel's brother...

Bro: You wish to know where Sam Winchester is? Oh look, here he comes right now; what the hell did you need me for?!

For some reason, the two them sneaking off to see Castiel's brother reminds me of when Cas and Dean were looking for Dick in 7.23. It's both cute and badass at the same time.

Oh, yes, I loved that bit! You could tell the actors were having fun too, though they stayed in character.
