croak
my throat is sore. think one of you buggers has sent your germs down the wires to me :( * shakes fist at ill friends*
need to get rid of any cold/flu before i go to new york...did i mention i was going there? 1 week today!!!
i cannot put up with this broken nail any longer. not to mention the fact that the rest of my nails require serious refilling. they look absolutely bloody awful! i am going to borrow money from my mum and go to the nail shop after work.
thing is i can't decide what to do.....i could get them to repair 1 nail and then just refill and repaint them all (that would cost about £28) but tbh i think they all really need soaked off and a new set put on cause i've had these ones for months and i think that's why one cracked. if i go down that route it'll cost me about £45. chances are they couldn't do the whole lot today anyway, cause they close at 6.30. maybe i should just get them soaked off today, then go back for a new set later in the week? ewwww...short nails again :(
i'll ask then what they think. wish i could speak thai...would make things so much easier :/
staying in tonight as i have a big session tomorrow evening. one of the tattooists from urban (shirley's studio) is leaving so a ton of people are going to opium. oh f!
applied for an egg credit card today. it's so bloody easy to get a credit card it frightens me!
i have a halifax card at the moment and the 0% deal runs out next month. egg do 0% for 9 months so i'll transfer all my balances and pay off my overdraft with the new card...then hopefully start paying it all off :/ then after the 9 months is up i'll transfer to another card ;)
when my egg card arrives i will actually have 3 credit cards. i still haven't ripped up my mastercard. i transferred the balance from that with the halifax card. so the total credit available to me with the combination of all 3 cards will be......£18,900!!! that is bloody scary!! *runs off to get scissors*
