Sailor JAM-boree at ONI-CON 2006, HOUSTON, TX!
ONI-CON (10/20-10/22) was awesome. Here's my report!

Without further adieu...
~Friday~
My dad (our ride to the airport) made a huge deal days in advance about us being ready at 6:15am sharp or he "wouldn't take us"... and ended up being the one who woke up late. hahah! (yes he was pissed off :>) nonetheless we got to john wayne at around 6:20... not much later anyway :> we sat on the plane stressing about gina, will, and chrissy, who ended up walking on the plane a few minutes before it closed boarding, it seemed :b lol :>
And then... Houston! The wonderful, amazing Cherry (touga) and Khamryn (khamryn) did us an amazing favor by personally driving us to the convention center! We had a great time on the way there...
Then to the downtown mall for some f00d... we saw Yoshitaka Amano going down the escalator!! We decided to leave him be and not follow him around, lol.
The mall and streets of Houston were almost TOTALLY **EMPTY**, as you can see, on Friday at around 4pm local time. It was very very eerie.

The most high-tech parking meters I have ever seen!! I think KT put some money in for the dood who was parked because his meter had run out. How sweet :>
Night fell...

Time to rehearse!!
That night we decided to head to bed relatively early because we were all running on like 2-3 hours of sleep ;b Before that, though, Stephfu and I went into Cherry's lil room party for like 15 mins :> (I met awakesoon for the first time too!!) We wanted to hang out so much!!... but we knew we shouldn't because we had a performance the next day ^^; So we succumbed to sleep, finally...
~Saturday~
Saturday went by soooo incredibly fast. It's like we ate, we rehearsed, and suddenly 6pm rolled around and the Cosplay show had come upon us!! Ahh!! I don't even have any pictures of the day! So Saturday pictures begin with us getting ready...
Rehearsing backstage (in the wrong costumes ;b We're rehearsing for a song that came later in the show). Will (kamuimotoaki) decided he wanted to rehearse with us too.

Gina and KT heated up the stage as Yuna and Lenne for Real Emotion...
And then Chrissy, Stephfu and me performed Passion from Kingdom Hearts II...
And our finale... Kiss me Goodbye from Final Fantasy XII!
Afterward Stephfu and I were sooo relieved that we were like WE'RE SOOO DRINKING!! Typical "Tispy Cici" antics ensued...
We had our own little private room party afterward...
~Sunday~
Sunday was the day of our panel... some people even asked us for autographs!! how flattering is that?!
I was finally able to wear my Christine dress again!!
It's one of the rare costumes where I can use my real hair and it not be inaccurate...
I need to buy/make a petticoat so the hoop isn't so obvious x.x
Jon also wore his Phantom outfit, now 100% complete with cape and all!! I don't have a pic of it but I saw one on Fansview. :> We tried to shop in the Dealer's Hall with them on, which was a difficult feat :> People were like I LOVE THAT MOVIE!!! We also got some grumblings from people who were pissed about non-anime costumes at an anime convention... get this though... one person sneered at us, "Wth is this, a Lord of the Rings convention?" and I was like uhhhh.... we're not from LoTR... lol
Then, that afternoon...
... a spontaneous photoshoot!
Almost time to leave...
...all good things must come to an end...
