i found a great link for healthy food recipes:

http://www.lifehack.org/articles/lifehack/over-100-quick-and-easy-healthy-foods.html

lifehack lists over 100 recopies from another site, World's Healthiest Foods , a non-profit site created by a group of nutritions. Everything is simple and healthy. Nice stuff!

Along with recipes I just discovered that Woolworths has a great feature allowing you to type in a "shopping list" in simple terms for up to 30 items, eg Milk, Coffee, Bread etc and search them all at once, and you can tick the results of the search that you like to automatically have them added to your shopping cart. This imo is a really cool thing. They also have a section for recipes, and you can again click a recipe to get everything you need added to your cart. Neat.

You might think shopping online for groceries is stupid because it costs extra for shipping and courier. Well, consider the saved time in doing things this way. And the ability to see exactly how much you have spent. And the reduction of brain damage from over exposure to ads and no impulse buys. A great way to move from eating junk to eating healthy imo is to make a switch from shopping at a super market to shopping online.
