Predictably, I did not go into work today & so I am getting out all of my tom-foolery in one go.
This has involved a lot of fruitless reading (Hetalia, you own my heart), watching Harry Potter movies, eating copious amounts of chocolate, drinking wine, and not doing anything that could be remotely productive to society.
Also, I'm like totally off the radar. People couldn't find me if they tried. My sneaky ninja self enjoys this. The only problem is the lack of music at this undisclosed location. Still, beggers can't be choosers I suppose.
So, since I tire of Mr. Potter, I decided to do a meme.

It's adorable and fun and about how FRIENDSHIP IS AWESOME. Nobody ever dies - like, ever - everyone has a Deep Dark Past and there is an Insiduous Evil Dude who is totally plotting evil destruction. What's not to love? XD

Oh god, this is actually really hard. I was tempted by a lot of the canon OTP couples out there (Van & Hitomi, Kagome & Inuyasha) but...
France & England OTP. Serious. Historical. Precedent.
Day 8 - Most epic scene ever:
Bleach pretty much thrives on bad dialogue and epic fighting pr0n.

Day 9 - Saddest anime scene
I STARTED CRYING IN THE FIRST FIVE MINUTES OF THIS MOVIE AND DID NOT STOP.
Grave of the fireflies - omfg, most depressing movie ever.
Day 10 - Favorite slice of life anime
Working!! Adorable - about random japanese teenagers working in a restaurant. Somehow, it works. (Ha, pun).
Day 11 - Favorite mecha series
It's not really a mecha anime but...
Escaflowne still owns a big chunk of my heart.
Day 12 - Best anime soundtrack
Oh, that's tough. A lot of animes have really good soundtracks.......
If I had to pick one, I'd say:
Really interesting & really different music. Jazzy and - well - space cowboy-y. And Mai Yamane makes me melt when she sings. Phenomenal (see #30)
Day 13 - An anime you didn't think you would like but ended up loving
Um-pum-pum..... This doesn't really happen to me. I think that I'm a little surprised that I enjoyed D.N.Angel, but only because it has, inherently, very few redeeming features.
Except, yanno, wings. I like wings.
Day 14 - Current (or most recent) anime wallpaper
I actually don't do anime wallpapers! does that mean I'm not a real fan??
Day 15 - Characters whose hair you'd kill for
Yanno, I actually really like my hair and wouldn't trade it for anything else.
Except maybe France's.
Maybe it's Maybelline.
Day 16 - Favorite crack pairing

Day 23 - Anime you think had the best, or most intriguing art
Maybe not the best art or maybe not the most intriguing art but damned beautiful and well-done.
Blood the Last Vampire - movie.
Day 24 - Favorite anime hero or heroine
Okay, this is pretty obvious.
I would have to try not to love Ichigo from Bleach.
Day 25 - Best anime villian
I actually don't really love anime villains. Most of the time, they're really 2-dimensional. The ones I end up loving, aren't really all that villainous; they tend to just have really warped ideas about what is and is not right.
That being said:
Delphine from Last Exile was a piece of work.
Day 26 - A character everyone loves but you just can't see it
Less a character and more just an entire show. I simply did not like Wolf's Rain. It was pretty; I liked the characters; the ending is bollocks and it had one of the most depressing views of humanity I've ever come across in anime (and that's saying a lot!).

First opening theme for Bleach - Asterisk by Orange Range. I still dance to this one.
Day 28 - Favorite pokemon
I HATE ALL POKEMON.
Day 29 - Favorite school uniform
I WOULD WEAR ALL OF THESE UNIFORMS FOR FUN.
