Maxis taste dare #21: Bachelors, bachelors, bachelors
This month's dare at maxis_taste is about Maxis premade bachelors. I've played and made over all of them in my uberhood. And I've paired off quite a lot of them. For this dare I immediately knew whom I'd pick:
The most eligible bachelor in my recent game is definitely Malcolm Landgraab IV. No sim woman can resist his combination of charm, outrageousness and riches.
Malcolm certainly enjoys the attention from the fairer sex. Does not he look snazzy in his outerwear?
He has caught the eye of many a sim lady, like Marissa Cleveland...
... and Tara Kat. In fact Malcolm is constantly seen as a non-playable on other lots and he always catches the ladies' attention.
Cute - but Malcolm and Jessica's relationship is purely business (Jessica is a hooker in my game at the moment).
Lilian Worthington and Malcolm seemed like a perfect match, but he was just using her (and getting it for free) as the readers of my Belladonna County Courier may recall.
Malcolm will woo the ladies anywhere - even on the roadside.
Oh well, he'll do it anywhere and almost with any woman he encounters...

Malcolm does not care if he has an audience, like here with Dina Caliente. But poor Matthew Hart seems a bit disturbed by what he just witnessed.
I think I know what Malcolm wants to do there.
But since that is not possible in the sims, I had Nina call Malcolm out on a date. But oh Malcolm, I think you forgot to look in the mirror before you left. (He got hit by a lightning during a visit to the Calientes.)
Malcolm's scorched looks did not prevent them from having a dream date, though.
Malcolm had already gotten three ladies pregnant (all of them pictured above) - one was my doing and the other two were autonomous accidents.
But since he does not know about the babies yet, he feels the burden of carrying on the Landgraab family lineage heavy on his broad shoulder. He just has to produce Malcolm V soon. So, in order to find his perfect match he consulted the gypsy match making services. But as you can detect from the gypsy's dismissing demeanour, Malcolm went the cheaper route.
But look who he got: Heather Huffington!!! They only have one bolt attraction, but to me they seem like a perfect match. In my game Heather is Malcolm's female counterpart: ruthless money-grabbing bitch whom the men cannot resist (she has woohooed ten guys already autonomously and she's still in the uni).
And the two hit it off from the get go.
Malcolm arranged a big party for the Belladonna county society. I'm not sure, if he just fell in love with Cassandra Goth or Heather ...
... but Malcolm decided to propose to the latter anyway.
You can see that Heather just lost a huge amount of aspiration points there, but she hid her true emotions bravely and answered 'yes' to Malcolm. After all, she's not stupid and she knows she just caught the biggest fish in the pond.
The engagement party was a roof-raiser...
... largely thanks to the fiancee, who secretly made out with Geoff Rutherford on the porch which resulted in him falling in love with her.
To Heather's credit - she wanted to please her bethroded in the middle of the party, too. I'm sure Alexander Goth will find it hard to wipe that picture from his mind!
As I mentioned above, Heather is still in the uni but Malcolm visits her once in a while. Heather always knows how to please her man - Malcolm's turn on is pink underwear.
While waiting for his fiancee to graduate, Malcolm spends the long, lonely nights stargazing. And of course this happened (an autonomous abduction, but also very welcome one)!!
During his next visit to Heather, Malcolm told her about the consequences of the abduction. Luckily Heather seems quite cool with it.
This screenshot of Malcolm's relationship panel sums up our bachelor's life so far: lots of bolts and lots of hearts! His best male friends seem to be Trent Traveler and a gay townie
