Big Brother is not the past owner of the phone, so his affianced parents have bought him a cell phone and also pay his phone bills.This is so wrong and he is soon 27 o:
but somehow, I am glad that I pay my own bills,but Is that too weird that a grown man does not pay their bills? (do not count people who live at home)

but this is more weird,that my brothers future wife`s parents pay he`s bills

but somehow if my parent pays some my bills when i same age as he is now,it`s so embarrassing
