ok so sat morning i get up and i feel sorta sick, not enough to skip practice though. darn. so we get in warm up was not so bad, but remember this is the 4 hour practice. so jeff's like we were going to do 40 500's but the Blondin twins made me feel guilty so we are only doing 30. i was like STILL that's a lot of yardage. so we do 2 500's and HE TRICKED US, so not like jeff. he decided when talking to one of his college persons named Ryan Tucker god i wont ever forget him, hes the funniest person i ever met. I literally cried cuz i was laughing so hard. yeah but anyways jeff decided to trick us by SAYING we were gonna do 30 500's but he's basically like FOOLED YA HAHAHAHA!!! not funny... so really we we doing
50, 100, 200, 500, 1000, 1650 free
100, 200 fly
100, 200 breast
100, 200 back
200, 400 IM
ALL FOR TIME!!!!!!!!!!!
i know it doesn't sound all that hard but try it, it's not easy, especially when your hyperextended ankle and your knees hurt. i'm giving in to physical therapy, it just hurts to much. my ankle, my knees I HATE INJURIES!!!! they need to....to... NOT EXIST!!!!!!

surprisingly i dont ache at all, maybe i'm just getting used to this stuff, watch i jinxed it. today has been a lazy day besides practice though, hw. BOOOOORING!!!! blah
bye 4 now while i go be a coach potato. hehehehe
