Your adventures continue! I'm glad you are still making plans and following dreams. Your desire for a pretzel recipe has inspired me to try them myself. I am planning, by the way, to send you some yeast in the next package from home. I'll also send my favorite recipe for cinnamon bread - yum! Do you have cinnamon there? Anyway, if you do try out the pretzel recipe, let me know how it goes. Cinnamon bread sounds great, too! They do have cinnamon in Japan, but there are a surprising number of people who don't like it. I don't think any of the teachers in Tairadate elementary fit that description, judging from their enthusiastic reaction to the apple pie last year, so cinnamon bread might work out really well. I should try banana bread, too...
