Stuff n Things...
Because our Daycare lady went on vacation, I've been home with the Pickle all week, we've had a pretty good time too. He's crashed out against me right now having a well deserved nap.
I'm such a dork! I was paying bills yesterday and accidentally paid the right amount to the wrong biller. I caught it this morning, but suddenly we're short in our checking account. I'm very glad we had enough in savings for me to shuffle it over to cover the bill that was supposed to be paid. The plus side of this is that now I don't have to pay the other bill later this month because I already have.
I'm back to work this weekend, hopefully it won't snow so The Beloved won't have to scramble to find someone to watch Pickle while he plows the parking lot at his job. I'm going to call my Mom this evening to see if she can be a back up for us in the event we get clobbered. Fingers crossed!
I really don't have much else going on, they're taking more out of my paycheck for health insurance this year and I sure noticed it. I hope we get a raise this year, and one big enough to help offset this increase. Work has been challenging but not insurmountable lately. I think it's going to be okay there. The first of the year is always hard in pharmacy so I know I'm in for a challenge when I get back.
All in all, life is good I'm pleased to say.
