Bummer
I was going to give an update of the events of the last few days but this morning I received a letter from the advisor at Berkeley who had seemed like my best shot at graduate school there informing me that he was no longer considering me as a potential student of his. Now I am saddened and unsure of what to do next. The other schools I have applied to are not as ideal and some are just plain long shots. I guess I'm just going to have to put it behind me and try to have fun with the rest of my trip. *sigh* I tried so hard not to put all of my hopes on his decision but I couldn't help it because I wanted to go to Berkeley so badly. Alas...I will just have to put my faith in the universe and see what else pans out.
