Well, not really. But I did get up extra early to take a quick walk before work. I checked it out on google maps, and this one street that starts around the corner from my house and loops back onto my street gives me a 0.8 mile route, which I completed this morning in under 15 minutes (Including getting back into my house and up the stairs). When I reached almost the end of the street (back where it meets mine) I saw a woman in sweats stretching a little in her driveway. A couple minutes later she was right behind me. If I see her again, I'll ask what her route is. Wouldn't surprise me if she was doing exactly what I was, just with a different starting point. I have to add a little something to the routine, but I figure if I can do this 4 or 5 days a week it'll make a difference on top of what I usually do. I did feel more energized when I got to work too.
