Could my friends BE any more awesome??

Seriously, to everyone who made an appearance saturday, I love you muchly. I know a few people wanted to come but couldn't make it, and I luv ya too. My party was great, and I got a lot of loot, which I didn't really expect. Most is very useful stuff. The resume paper is even in my color! And the leopard bulletin board border will me make me the coolest kid in school, which is tough when you're the teacher. ; ) Some is extremely frightening........
Red made sooooo much tasty meat, and my mom got everyone to eat their broccoli. 78 year old Aunt Jean saw Quentin and Rex in their matching black tshirts and collars and asked "Are they in a band?" The hammock needs repairs. 5 dozen deviled eggs were consumed. And there were dogs!
But back to my starting point. How could my friends be more awesome? Well, some of you jerks live way too far away ;P I gotta get my ass up to visit.
A few I worry about. I mean, honestly. How the hell did we finish the keg so quickly??? And some of the booze disappeared in the blink of an eye. You may forget the consequences, but the lawn remembers. It remembers. Sorry sorry, fun was had by all, but I have been "mom" since the 11th grade trip when I was the one with bandaids and antibiotic ointment in my mini-backpack purse (remember those dumb things?? haha) And I don't give a crap about the lawn, I just worry about y'all.
OK enough of this. Thanks to everyone that came and made it such a special day!!!!
Red and his mommy are the absolute best, followed closely by all of you in an undetermined order. It was better than I could have hoped for. And this summer is gonna kick ass.
