I am a writer. Therefore, I write. However, I could use some help this fine morn.

So, along with everything else I'm working on and failing to finish, I started something new today. An Avengers/Norse myth crossover where Rhodey (Tony's best friend) is Sleipnir, Happy (Tony Stark's bodyguard) is Fenrir, Tony himself is Jörmungandr, Pepper is Hela, and either Bryce Larkin or Eames is Vali, and Neal Caffrey is Nari (I'm waiting to hear back from the prompter for those last two).

Now. My questions are these:

Should I just find two Marvel canon characters to be Vali&Nari? Because it's already intricate enough and I don't want to worry about other canons, too?

What color is Fenrir's fur? I think I want him to be a black wolf.

Should Hela be the goddess of the dead, or should I just ignore that part? Maybe she's turned her back on everything but her family.

Also, I think I've decided that Loki is mother of them all, instead of just Sleipnir.

And I'm either changing or ignoring certain parts of the Iron Man movies, so that it fits into the whole 'some of the characters are mythological figures' thing better. Should I mention within the narrative itself whenever that happens (somehow) or just assume the reader is clever enough to figure that out?
