I found our why Americans are overwieght....okay it wasnt a secret.
So...I wanted to post these for a while now....
Kat and I went to the movies....Kat and I ordered a MEDIUM soda & popcorn combo. Kat and I left the snack counter with items larger than our heads....

Pardon our non-made-up faces. Plus it is summer, so all my freckles came out. Ohh well...these photos had to be seen.
So...the two of us SHARED these items and had more than half of each left. The soda was soooooo heavy it was actually easier to just leave it in the cup holder and bring your mouth to the straw....ha ha.
But in all seriousness...after being in Europe and then Disney, it is pretty easy to see how American portions are so much larger. And it was really sad to see so many overweight people at Disney....and overweight kids. Lets tone the sizes down a bit, shall we?
