Snape Casting
It seems increasingly unlikely that Alan Rickman will do all of the HP films, if even the 5th. I saw King Kong the other night, and I realized that Adrien Brody isn't too far off from what I picture in my head as Canon!Snape (as opposed to Rickman's Snape).
Hrm. I think he'd do well, but he's not British, so I don't think he'd ever be cast, nor would I necessarily want to have someone put on an accent for the films, less authentic and all. Okay, I guess that Maggie Smith puts on more of a Scottish accent, but that's not quite the same thing.
